Dr. Sean Thompson is a warm, friendly orthopedic surgeon with a great reputation. Originally from Long Island, Dr. Thompson now treats patients from across the Tri-state area. The goal of his practice is to provide quality orthopaedic care to meet the needs of patients from all backgrounds. Having completed a fellowship in joint replacement, Dr. Thompson also offers services including shoulder, hip, and knee replacement and revision, arthroscopy, and other surgical procedures for the hip, knee and shoulder. His approach is to listen and learn from his patients, who appreciate his bedside manner.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Thompson involves himself in community outreach programs and mentoring youth interested in medicine. He volunteers his time as an orthopaedist in underserved communities of the US and the Caribbean. He also enjoys coaching sporting events, golf, playing the saxophone and exotic cars.
Dr. Raz Winiarsky is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 20 years experience. He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed a surgical internship followed by a residency program in orthopedic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Winiarsky also completed an adult reconstruction fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.

Randall V. Ehrlich, M.D. is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, arthroscopy, and reconstruction of the shoulder and knee. He received his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and attended medical school at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Columbia- Presbyterian Medical Center, and followed this with a fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopy at NYU / The Hospital for Joint Diseases.
In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Ehrlich is an instrument rated pilot and an avid competitor in multi-sport events. He has finished six New York City Marathons as well as over 60 triathlons, including the Ironman.
Dr. Kramer is a compassionate and skilled surgeon with greater than 25 years of experience. Staying current with literature, and the newest, most innovative surgical procedures are always a top priority for him. Dr. Kramer is a Fellow of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and an active member of the New York State Medical Society and the Westchester County Medical Society. He is also the former team physician for the Pace University Football Team and currently serves as the surgeon for the Mount Vernon Police and Fire Departments.
Dr. W. Joseph Gorum, MD, treats patients in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Howard University before attending Drexel University where he received his medical degree. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Hahnemann University Hospital and completed a fellowship in orthopedic trauma surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Dr. Nassiri earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Cellular Biology, from the University of California Berkeley. She completed the Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine program, in 2010 from the Samuel Merritt University College of Podiatric Medicine in California.
She then proceeded with residency training in Podiatric medicine and sur-gery at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital and subsequently completed 3rd year of surgical training at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Her training included emphasis on foot and ankle reconstruction surgery, wound care, and man-agement of limb threatening infections.
In 2013 Dr. Nassiri started working at Medalliance health services in the department of Podiatry & Reconstructive Foot Surgery. She is highly trained in both conservative and surgical treatment of the foot. Her goals are to offer patients the latest in conservative and surgical treatment op-tions, and fastest possible recovery.
As a board-certified gastroenterologist, Dr. Chusid has extensive experience diagnosing and treating a broad array of gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, including diarrhea, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), hemorrhoids and hepatitis, using the most advanced diagnostic techniques and minimally-invasive methods, including colonoscopy, endoscopy, gastroscopy and fecal transplant to achieve optimal results in every patient.
Dr. Chusid personally performs over 3500 endoscopic procedures per year with particular emphasis on colonoscopy, hemorrhoid ligation, ercp, difficult polypectomies as well as upper endoscopy. Dr. Ray Mercado is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Weill Cornell Medical College. Richard Gasalberti is a trusted and reliable physiatrist and sports medicine specialist serving the community of Forest Hills, NY.
